Our Engineering Design & Support services include the following steps:
- Brainstorming potential solutions and or building on what's provided.
- Drafting hand drawings (not to scale) for reviewing and refinement.
- Creating digital representation of the sketch(s).
- Analyze structural sanity of the digital representation to refine and improve.
- Present the final product design along with necessary reports.
What to expect in the product design presentation
- The Computer Aided Design model, delibarate designed with manufacturing in mind
- Semi-comprehensive manufacturing guide of the deisgned product
- A compliance aware documentation that is subject to further review
- An optional analysis reports that were conducted
- A draft of materials required to create the product
- Assembly drawing in the case of a multipart product
- 2D technical drawaing(s)
